Description
As a Site Services Specialist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, you will play a crucial role within our Property Management team.
Under limited supervision, you will assist with the administration of government personal property and property life cycle management, including Fleet vehicles.
General tasks include but are not limited to acquisition (identification, records / documentation), maintenance / use (inventory, maintenance planning, compliance) and disposition (asset retirement / end of life).
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of property management functions.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education / experience. Or, relevant Associate's Degree or certification program of comparable scope and 5 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education / experience.
Extensive knowledge in specialized focused business support functions. A comprehensive understanding of both general and specific aspects of business support activities, and their practical application to a wide variety of problems and situations specific to the discipline or field supported.
Advanced skills in applicable software packages and office equipment. Considerable project administration and business services skills.
Broad knowledge of specific principles, procedures, and practices related to supported fields and disciplines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team and interpersonal skills.
Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.

Annual Salary Range (based on full-time 40 hours per week)
Job Profile : Specialist IV / Annual Salary Range : $55,400 - $91,400
