NSF is looking to add a Senior Financial Information Systems Analyst to their team. This person will be responsible for functional project management implementations, integration, upgrades, and improvements in a suite of financial systems.

Principle Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for functional project management implementations, integration, upgrades, and improvements in a suite of financial systems.
• Understand and interpret business requirements and effectively implement solutions.
• Lead meetings and provide strategic vision to any technical concerns.
• Contract Management (plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts).
• Interpret and document business requirements, implement solutions, and offer strategic input for technical concerns.
• Perform daily monitoring, support, maintenance and problem solving to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Understand core financial processes and controls
• Understand business drivers and financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 Years of Experience
• Must be fluent in English
• Experience managing full implementation of ERP and other complex financial software.
• Proficiency to Expert in Excel
• Demonstrate leadership of cross functional teams
• Demonstrate knowledge of project management best practices
• Experience prioritizing projects on a global scale
• Ability to conduct vendor comparison and present to leaders with business case and budget
• Hybrid and local to Ann Arbor (in office 3 days/week)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI, Hubble, Planful or other reporting software, FloQast
• Project Management Software experience
• Change Management acumen
