Job Description To work within the Quality Team to ensure effective maintenance and development of the NSF Quality Management System meeting scheme and accreditation standard requirements.
Responsibilities - Support the Quality team in the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System
- Assist in internal and external Audits
- Supporting the coordination of required accreditation activities
- Provide training on document control processes and other systems
- Management and support of assigned complaints
- Provide Quality monitoring data including monitoring of corrective actions
- Assisting and leading continuous improvement projects, where required
- To act impartially and maintain the confidentiality of NSF activities at all times, including that of its clients
- Perform other duties as requested
- Ongoing review and update of Quality documentation and procedures
- Provide technical support to enter/update Listings data to create and issue Certification Documentation to clients
- Undertake training in Quality related processes
Qualifications - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards desirable
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outloo
Preferred Experience/Qualifications - College degree in Business, Food, Operations preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years relevant experience, preferably in a quality, manufacturing or certification/testing environment
- Experience and understanding of databases preferred.
