**Key Job Responsibilities**

Perform laboratory procedures by following proscribed processes to achieve results that meet accreditation and policy requirements.

Perform laboratory procedures with minimal supervision.

Perform maintenance under supervision.

**Qualifications**

Knowledge of basic laboratory skills. Ability to document data in lab worksheets. Ability to use basic laboratory equipment. Perform laboratory procedures with minimal supervision. Ability to follow quality requirements.

**Education:** High School Diploma/GED

**Minimum Years of Experience:** 1-5

Familiarity with hand tools and construction would be a plus.

Familiarity with plumbing and restaurant equipment would be a plus.
