Compensation:
- $145K - $165K (Negotiable) Bonus
- 14 days PTO (Negotiable) 7 Company Holidays

Qualifications:
- 7 years experience Estimating restaurants, retail, fitness clubs, and hospitality projects as large as $5M.
- Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
- Strong ability to manage and direct others.
- Self-starter and planner, able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to supervise and lead a construction team to a successful completion.
