One of the Mid-Atlantic's leading contractors which has completed thousands of commercial, Government, and institutional projects across Washington, DC, and the surrounding areas is seeking a talented Quality Control Manager and Sr. Quality Control Manager
Projects Type: Commercial, Government, Multifamily, Mixed-use, and Higher-ED
Project Value: $10M - $200M
Company Location: Rockville, MD
project locations: Washington, DC, and surrounding areas (candidate must be locally based and willing to commute within the DMV metro area.)
Required Experience: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with a minimum of (10) years of construction experience or an associate’s degree and a minimum of (10) years of construction experience. Must have working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and practices. This position requires a successful track record in all aspects of construction and construction practices.
- Experience with historic government work is a must
- USACE/NAVFAC certification is a must
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Corp of Engineers
- QC certificate from the Corp of Engineers
- Experience with façade restoration is “plus” but not mandatory. Experience with Procore, RMS, or similar project management systems is also a significant plus but not mandatory.
