About Our PracticeWe're a couple dedicated to family medicine, with over 34 years of legacy in Grass Valley, California. Having started our practice after completing our family practice residency in 1988, we've committed ourselves to providing top-notch healthcare, deeply rooted in the values of compassion and community care. Our clinic offers a full spectrum of family medicine services and is a cornerstone of health in our rural setting.
What We OfferCompetitive Salary: $85.00 - $90.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Stable Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Comprehensive BenefitsInsurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage begins after 90 days, with 70% of the base plan covered by the employer.
Paid Time Off: Accumulate 12-15 days annually, with eligibility to request after 90 days.
Sick Leave: 5 days (40 hours) per year, starting after 90 days.
Retirement Planning: Simple IRA with a 2% biweekly employer contribution, starting after 90 days.
Holiday Leave: Enjoy 11 holidays per year, starting after your introductory period.
