Join Our Private Practice Team in Grass Valley, CA
Schedule
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Compensation
  • Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • No nights or weekends required.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
  • Ability to provide compassionate care addressing patients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Responsibilities
  • Educate patients on physical therapy, injury prevention, ergonomics, and health promotion.
  • Connect clients with community resources when needed.
  • Develop customized treatment plans to maintain or improve physical function, reduce pain, and prevent dysfunction.
  • Conduct initial examinations, analyze data to identify issues, and establish diagnoses.
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, massage, and traction.
  • Instruct patients and families on at-home care procedures.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to design and assess treatment programs.
  • Review referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
