• Welcomes, greets and interacts with customers in person, via email and over the telephone. Guidesclients to appropriate resources based on their requirements.
• Understands customer requirements, requests and complaints; provides them with appropriate guidanceover the products and or services.
• Generate and maintain records of the customer inquiries.
• Tracks changes of company policies and provides accurate up to date information to customer requests.
• Tracks new product launches and provides customer with the most up to date accurate information on NSK products and services.
• Builds strong healthy relationships with clientele, convinces of all benefits of doing business with NSK and creates an open and accessible communication channel for the free flow of information.
• Identifies lapses and loop holes in NSK’s customer service department and recommends strategies that will yield better results.
This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 to 4 years of position-related experience; the preferred formal education is a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience.
