The Data Analyst Position

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our data-driven processes. The successful candidate will support and work closely with our Distributor Development, Engineering, and Operations teams to manage data and data accuracy to support business needs and the optimization of internal and external customer processes.

This is a hybrid position reporting to the Ann Arbor Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Acquire data and enter it into databases or spreadsheets, with precision and efficiency, while verifying information accuracy.
• Generate data reports, store results in databases and back up outdated information.
• Implement new processes or technologies that will help our company use data more effectively.
• Support analysis of data for the business.
• Maintain existing customer-success metrics and data as directed.
• Work with internal teams to generate reports that can help with their decision making.
• Work on ad-hoc data analysis projects as needed.
• Support the management of distributor agreements.
• Communication with distributors as needed.

Skills Required

• Proficiency with Microsoft office productivity tools and aptitude for learning new software and systems, strong Excel skills is a must.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy rates while entering large volumes of data.
• Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
• Effective communication skills to convey findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two (2) years of experience in a related field.
