What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant position at nTech Workforce?
Terms of Employment
• W2 Contract, 3 Months (Potential extension for exceptional candidates)
• Location: Hybrid at Owings Mills, MD
o (Training on-site, at least first 3 weeks on site all days), then will be 3 days a week onsite -(Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Local Candidates only
• Full Time Opportunity- 40hrs/week
• Work Schedule: 8am – 5pm EST
Overview
The candidate will support the client Corporate Security background screening Department. The team size is around 5-10 members. The contractor will be responsible to perform the security background checks.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2-4 years of experience
• 1 - 2yrs exp ordering background checks (Truescreen experience an advantage)
• Must be able to run reports in Excel/Outlook
• Experience in Customer Service (Strong customer service skills, resolution customer service background)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary : $21
