• This position is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday being onsite.
• The incumbent must reside near satellite locations in Chicago, Baltimore, or Philadelphia.

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a technical role focused on Security & Controls within a major On-Prem to Cloud Financial Transformation Program. This role involves leading the SailPoint integration effort for the Apollo Financial Transformation Program, which includes supporting the onboarding of Oracle ERP, EPM, FAW, and PowerPlan applications to SailPoint. The manager will develop knowledge of access control in Oracle and PowerPlan applications, coordinate functional specification development and updates, review technical specifications, and oversee test script development and testing efforts, including hands-on testing. Additionally, the manager will supervise deployment activities, bulk assignment of roles, coordinate business role-to-application role mapping with functional and Change Management teams, and review and coordinate the setup of approval levels/groups in SailPoint workflows. The role also encompasses coordinating application security tasks and collaborating with internal Compliance and external Audit teams on Oracle ERP-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of Oracle ERP, EPM, FAW, and PowerPlan applications to SailPoint from the Oracle and PowerPlan application side.
• Develop knowledge of access control in Oracle and PowerPlan applications to be able to support onboarding to SailPoint.
• Coordinate functional spec development and related updates
• Review technical specs
• Coordinate test script development and testing effort (will require active hands-on testing)
• Supervise deployment activities and bulk assignment of roles
• Coordinate Business role to application role mapping efforts with functional teams and Change Management teams
• Review approval levels/groups for SailPoint workflows and co-ordinate setup in SailPoint
• Be a point of contact for internal and external Audit & Compliance teams for SailPoint related activities.
• Controls work with Audit Services - support Key Financial Controls related questions for IT tech teams.
• Controls work with IT Controls & Compliance team - IT General Controls dispositioning for future state.
• Participate and provide supporting materials during the external Auditor's focused assessment of the program.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Management Discipline.
• PMP Certification
• 7-10 years of security and controls IT project management experience.
• 8-10 years of SailPoint experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 10 years of Oracle experience
• 7-10 years of Sox Compliance experience
