DescriptionPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities
Bachelors degree (years of experience 10 )
Baseline Certification: A CE, Network CE, Security CE, or SSCP, or CCNA-Security
MCSE / CCNP preferred
OS Certification: Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
Experience8 years supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments

Time: This role will be operating on a Panama schedule for the TNOC is 24/7.
Clearance: TS/SCI and ability to take/pass a Polygraph.
- Provide Tier 2/3 customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers.
- Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability.
- Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points.
- Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to Networks.
- Provide system administrator support for GET TDN2 AD environment.
- Responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day issues related to user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN
