The Site Acquisition Specialist I is responsible for the management of the site acquisition portion of our wireless infrastructure projects for new site builds, modifications to existing sites, right-of-way sites and associated items. This includes both the leasing and zoning work associated with the site.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Negotiating of Leasing agreements, Amendments, Licenses, Rights-of-Way and/or Easement Agreements with property owners.
Completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by the client.
Preparing and ensuring completeness of all necessary zoning applications and supporting documentation for the purpose of acquiring all necessary Land Use Entitlements.
Coordinate with RF Engineering and Construction personnel and others daily to ensure timely and accurate completion of required tasks.
Reporting progress to the Project Manager on a regular, defined basis.
