We are seeking a Technical Sales Associate to join the NTP team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenges of a diverse and technical sales process. As a Technical Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s revenue growth by understanding our products in-depth, demonstrating solutions, scoping deployments, and managing proof of concepts (POCs) with potential customers.

• Develop a deep understanding of the product line to effectively showcase technology solutions to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations that highlight the strengths and address the specific needs of customers.
• Engage with customers to understand their technical and business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end process of deploying trial installations and running POCs to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design and scope deployments, ensuring a seamless integration and optimal use of our products.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process, assisting customers in their decision-making process.
• Participate in training and product sessions to stay updated on the latest technology trends and product features.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.

• Previous experience in a technical or partially technical field
• Preferred work history with a managed service provider
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical issues with clear solutions.
• Capable of managing a POC and keeping up to date with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Employment is in-office with standard operating hours, some engagements will require travel, or a modified schedule and hours can be subject to change with prior notice.
