NTT DATA is hiring a Customer Service Representative with a healthcare insurance background to work remote for our valuable end client.

Position's General Duties and TasksIn these roles you will be responsible for:

• Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
• Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call.
• Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
• Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
• Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3 years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.
• 1 year(s) of healthcare industry experience
