NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Software Development Associate Director to join their team.

Job Description:

  • System Implementation, Migration, Upgrades - Installation and/or upgrade work involving EDI systems.
  • Design and architect the technical infrastructure that supports EDI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Troubleshooting & Support - Identify failing processes, assess general EDI system(s) health, and provide recommendations for increased efficiency.
  • Study current and improve design and implement data mapping and transformation processes and work for best practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions such as 837I, 837P, 834, 270/271, 276/277 etc
  • Review current standards and update on EDI standards and regulations (e.g., ANSI X12, Hl7) and ensure compliance within the organization.
  • Continuously monitor EDI system performance and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
  • Lead or participate in EDI-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
  • Recommends and participates in the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies, and then leads adoption.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Healthcare Claims Processing Testing.
  • Contributes to the customer technical and business strategy by providing inputs.
  • Works with customers/stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators to be managed, negotiate desired service levels, minimize business risks, and diffuse conflict.
  • Proficiency in EDI software and tools.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE $70 TO $85). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
