We are currently seeking a Business Project Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).
The Business Consulting Manager (BCM) will direct a project team in the service delivery activity of our client’s Project Management Office (PMO) business operations. This person will be a valued member of the PMO leadership team and will be a primary point of contact for the client’s leadership team on matters related to the business operations and State/Federal policy management and oversight of Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF programs in an integrated eligibility solution environment.
Job Responsibilities Include:

• A strong ability to professionally engage and interact with the client is an essential part of this role
• Collaborates with multi vendors, cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) solutions that are strategically and operationally impactful
• Exhibits knowledge of State and Federal Eligibility policy in Medicaid, SNAP, TEA, and other federal programs
• Coordinates and supports needs assessment and provides recommendations for potential system changes to meet State and Federal directives on eligibility and enrollment policies within Medicaid, SNAP, TEA and other programs
• Responsible for performing, delegating, and managing the activities within their project team
• Mentors PMO team members where applicable in areas specific to business policy matters, field operations and project management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with client approval
• Minimum of 6 years Project and program management experience leading teams
• Minimum of 6 years Experience and expertise with Medicaid integrated eligibility and enrollment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with managing resources, projects and programs in a multi-vendor environment
• Experience translating Federal and State regulations into working requirements that are actionable by technical teams
• Experience working with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) vendors
• Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $xx,xxx – 135,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
