We are currently seeking a Benefits Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Role Requirements/Description:
NTT DATA is seeking a Benefits Specialist with in-depth knowledge of benefits and the federal and state laws governing them. The candidate must be customer-focused and solution-driven, with experience in researching, analyzing, and managing healthcare, wellness, leave of absence, and retirement plans. Working in a global team environment, playing a lead role in the design and delivery of benefit programs (New Hires, Open Enrollment, Mergers and Acquisitions, etc.) While keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Edu / Experience Requirements: 6 years of relevant experience, Undergraduate degree
