NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Enrollment Coordinator to join our team for a 6- month or longer temporary assignment. If you feel you are qualified by the description below, please apply for a chance to interview and discuss your skills & qualifications.

In this role you will be responsible for:

-Determine enrollment processing protocols and apply the correct procedures to enrollment and disenrollment transactions

-Obtain missing information from applications using internal and external systems, as well as outbound telephone outreach if needed

-Reconcile the insurance plan's enrollment data

-Process returned mail. Contact members to obtain new address information. Resend mail as appropriate.

-Perform maintenance requests on member records, such as address changes, premium withholding option changes, etc.

In order to be successful in this role you’ll utilize your
knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ability to type 30 wpm with the proven track record of accuracy and extreme attention to detail and problem solving is another thing necessary to ensure your success
in this position.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 years of Data Entry Alpha and Numeric
• 1 years of insurance, enrollment or banking experience
• 1 years of Microsoft Office. Excel, Outlook, and Word
• High School Diploma or GED required

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary.

Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
