NuCO2 is Hiring a National Sales Manager Near Stuart, FL

Job Details
DescriptionSpecific responsibilities include:Identify, prospect, and sell premier account opportunities.
Develop proposals for presentation to prospective national and regional chain prospects of 100 locations.
Maintain customer and prospect relationships through proactive communication and a pipeline management system.
Manage and initiate complex service agreements for new and existing customers.
Successfully achieve sales targets as established by senior leadership.
Directly manage all aspects of the premier account prospect pipeline and provide accurate / timely forecasts and status updates on an ongoing basis.
Utilize Company’s sales tools and prospect white space list to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the corporate office staff and all cross departmental teammates.
To Perform Successfully, You Should Demonstrate The Following Attributes
  • Energetic self starter with the desire to succeed.
  • Self-disciplined individual, who is able to manage a territory from a home-office base.
  • Successful in prospecting new customers.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Creative and skilled sales leader who has experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
  • Results oriented sales leader with a proven record of exceeding sales targets, who possesses strong work ethic, and excellent selling, negotiation, communication and people skills.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills. MS office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The selected candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business, or five years sales experience if educational requirements are not met. Strong oral and written communications, ability to use technology, strong selling and negotiation skills and the ability to travel throughout the US overnight 35% of the time
