Responsibilities:

• Track and manage company expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions within our software platform.
• Generate regular financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, utilizing the full capabilities of QuickBooks Enterprise software
• Execute daily invoicing and confirm pricing details within our software system
• Accurately enter new product items, sales orders, and pricing information, maximizing the efficiency of our software
• Compile monthly sales reports using QuickBooks, harnessing its functionalities for comprehensive insights
• Prepare commission reports, leveraging our software for accurate calculations and reporting
• Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable processes within our software environment
• Make deposits in accordance with company procedures
• Generate and track customer rebates and volumes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related accounting role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks software, with a demonstrated ability to maximize software capabilities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with acute attention to detail

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,946.00 per year
