The HR Benefits Coordinator position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a wide range of HR support to our team members. The successful candidate must maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR and payroll data. The role of the HR Benefits Coordinator includes but is not limited to:
Nucor Steel West Virginia is Nucor's new sheet mill with advanced steelmaking capabilities and lower carbon emissions. This is a greenfield project, which is estimated to be fully operational after two-years of construction. The new steel mill will employ 800 full-time teammates producing up to 3 million tons per year at one of the most technologically advanced sheet mills. This advanced manufacturing facility is to be located in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains in close proximity to both Huntington and Charleston, WV.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
