We seek a high-energy, motivated Senior Account Executive with deep experience in complex solution selling to drive revenue by aggressively cultivating business with net new customers, partners and maintaining strong client relationships with existing accounts. A proven track record of exceeding annual sales targets is required, along with exceptional collaboration, communication and negotiation skills. This sales professional will execute against an account plan, work with channel partners, assist with drafting sales proposals, manage complex sales-cycles, presenting to C-suite executives and senior managers the value of the full Nuix technology platform. The Nuix Senior Account Executive will evangelize the Nuix vision and solutions through in-market events and account-specific initiatives all while forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement and creating satisfied customers. Core requirements include business fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and extensive experience working in the LATAM market with partners or selling directly. Key Responsibilities
Sell software solutions and services that directly address customer use cases.
Focus primarily on Brazil, secondarily on Mexico, then the rest of LATAM.
Develop and execute a Strategic Account Plan for target accounts that meet company objectives for capturing market share among mid-to-large cap corporations and large government agencies.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
Identify, qualify and pursue new regional partners.
Educate and enable partners to become experts in Nuix solutions.
Sell with new and established partners through research, prospecting and networking.
Develop joint go-to-market campaigns with partners, attend presentation and marketing events.
Maintain and develop customer and partner relationships with key personnel to increase revenue.
Understand prospective customer needs and tailor product demonstrations to showcase how our solutions meet those needs effectively.
Proactively assesses, confirm and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including channel managers, subject matter experts, solution consultants, product owners, marketing and customer support to ensure customer success.
Develop a deep knowledge of Nuix products and solutions with the ability to communicate the value proposition of all Nuix offerings.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating commercial agreements to closing the deal.
Document activity in Salesforce to accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis and progress notes diligently and rigorously updated for team reference.
Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
5 years direct sales experience selling enterprise eDiscovery technology solutions
BS or BA level degree in business or a related field, or commensurate experience
Expertise in info governance, cyber security, electronic discovery, or big data solutions
Existing or recent strong account base from which to enable rapid development of greenfield sales
In-person and remote customer engagement
Travel as required to perform role requirements
Proven track record of managing a sizable geographic territory and building a robust pipeline of high-potential accounts
Proficiency in developing account strategies, building customer relationships, and accelerating engagements to close large enterprise license agreements
Proven track record of ability to deliver sales of complex services and solutions in a competitive environment
Proven experience gathering competitive intelligence, and delivering feedback from prospects and clients in the marketplace
