Job Title: SAP-FICO Consultant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: Long Term Contract

Status: C2C/1099/W2

Position Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

· 8 years’ experience of SAP FICO - Experience should include Product costing, GL, AR, SP, Fixed Assets, COPA, Revenue Recognition and Banking.

· At least 2 full implementations experience in ERP Financials (SAP FICO).

· Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA required and experience with SAP ECC is a must.

· Hands on experience in configuration development within SAP financial systems, specifically in Costing and FICO modules and sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting, etc.) as well as in depth business knowledge.

· Deep knowledge and hands on experience in solution design in the areas of Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, Product costing, COPA, Fixed assets, Internal orders and Goods movement account determination.

· Experience in Inventory reporting, Fixed assets capital spend reporting and COPA is needed. Master data and ownership of accounting views in cross functional master data - Material master, Production order etc.

· Strong understanding of Cash Management, Tax laws, Treasury processes, financial consolidations.

· Experience with SAP International rollouts and local laws of specific countries.

· Good understanding of SAP financial integration within Order to Cash and

· Procure to Pay processes.

· Candidate must have experience in designing accounting interfaces between SAP systems and should be able to understand accounting flows.

· Must be a motivated, self-starter able to drive large system implementation.

· Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently throughout the business and technical teams.

· Additional qualifications:

· Business analysis skills: ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations; understanding of business needs and compliance requirements. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization. Problem solving and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of Business Process Improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, drive solutions and resolve issues creatively.
