As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play a crucial role in guiding the financial strategy, decision-making, and planning for our organization. Reporting to the VP of FP&A and working closely with the CFO and the executive team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and enabling the organization to scale in a financially sound way for the years to come.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in finance and accounting combined with exceptional business and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication and leadership skills to navigate the dynamic landscape of our organization.
You will help drive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting as well as management, Board and external reporting. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will help improve visibility into business performance, leveraging data-driven insights to support critical decision-making.
What You'll Do

• Drive company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, supported by a detailed bottoms-up financial model including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections
• Conduct financial analyses, including Budget vs. Actual Variance analysis and produce regular reporting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for management, Board, Lenders and other stakeholders
• Drive continued enhancement of all analytical processes, measurements, and models required to support ongoing tracking of KPIs across key facets of the business, and support ROI-based decision-making across the organization
• Work cross-functionally with leaders across the organization to provide analytical support and financial rigor around key business decisions
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support the integration of past and potential future acquisitions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial consulting, or equivalent
• Fundamental understanding of SaaS, subscription, and ARR-based business model metrics
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (ERP systems, CRM, BI platforms)
• Expert Excel skills; able to build complex financial models from scratch including full P&L, balance sheet and cashflow forecasting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, manipulate, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent and proven cross-functional and business partnering skills
