Position: Mental Health Therapist
Location: Remote (Must be licensed in Massachusetts)
Employment Type: Full-time, Flexible Scheduling
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
- Deliver mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery via telehealth.
- Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Perform mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
- Make your own schedule between 7 AM - 9 PM EST, 7 days a week.
- Must work until 8 PM for 2 days per week or 4 shifts of 4 hours each on weekends.
- No on-call duties.

Requirements:
Required:
- Master’s degree or higher
- Active LCSW, LICSW, LASW, LMHC, LPC, LCMHC, LPCI, LCPC, or LMFT in Massachusetts
- 1 year relevant experience
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions
Preferred:
- 1 years of experience in any of the following:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Evidence-Based Practice
- Telehealth Experience
- Outpatient Experience
- 1 years of experience in any of the following:
