Position: LPN / LVN - Long Term Care
Facility : Mohawk Valley - Rehabilitation and Nursing Center - Utica, NY
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift : 8 hours Day/Eve/Night
Duration: 13 week (Extendable)

Requirements:

• Long Term Care
• 75 mile radius rule - Not accepting locals lives under 75 miles
• Must float to all units (same building)
• 1 years experience
• BLS
• NY license
• 40 bed unit
• Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care
• EMR: PointClick Care

Job Types: Contract, Travel nursing

Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
