- Hospice experience (2 years)
- 1 years of experience in any of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
- RN License number
- Collaborate on patient care plan management and delivery
- Provide support to patients in Monroeville, PA, or Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas
- Ensure timely completion of critical charting tasks
- Self-manage time and schedule effectively
- 40 hours per week, day shifts, occasional on-call
- Local travel required
