Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Care Unit
Location: Richland, WA
Shifts Available
- 36 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule
- 24 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule
- Base Salary: USD $78,249 to $156,436
- Hiring Bonus:
- Up to $18,000 for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience
- Up to $12,000 for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience
- Benefits: Full benefits package designed to support well-being, professional growth, and financial security
- Relocation Assistance: Possible for ideal candidate
- Commission Compensation: No
- Bonus Eligible: Yes
- Overtime Eligible: No

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).
- RN Resident: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
- Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in the area of specialty (upon hire).

- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience
- Seniority Level: Entry
- Management Experience Required: No
- Minimum Education: Associate's Degree
- Willingness to Travel: Never
