Full Time (36 hours per week)
12-hour shifts
Compensation And Benefits
Base Salary: $78,000 to $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible candidates

Role Overview: As an RN in our Surgical Nephrology department, you will:
Deliver specialized care to patients with nephrological conditions.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Advocate for patient rights and well-being.
Facilitate educational opportunities for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in nursing practice.
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Valid Registered Nurse License in the state of Washington upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
National Certification in the area of specialty.
