Job Summary:
The Float Pool RN will be responsible for providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will serve as the patient and family advocate, facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and develop care plans with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Location : Gainesville, FL
Salary : Flat rate of $43 per hour Shift Differentials : $4.25 for nights and $3.00 for weekends
Shifts Available:
Days: 7 AM - 7 PM (Rotating weekends) Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM (Rotating weekends)
Flexible Floating: Must be flexible on floating to multiple units

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
Requirements:
1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience required
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of Florida or appropriate compact licensure
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required
