Become a part of our client's dedicated team by taking on a full-time role as an OB/GYN Physician at a premier women's multi-specialty ambulatory center located in Northeast Philadelphia. Collaborate with a large primary care practice to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including surgeries and procedures, in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Doctorate degree
• 1 years of experience with complicated deliveries, C-sections, and training in robotics
• Board Eligible
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)

Compensation:

• Salary range: $230K-260K, negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Join a practice with 4.5 full-time equivalent (FTE) OB/GYNs, expanding to add another full-time OB/GYN
• Perform laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and evacuations for missed ABs
• Provide care for a Level 2 nursery
• Manage 80% low-risk pregnancies with a 25-30% C-section rate
• Utilize Meditech EMR and new office equipment

Schedule and Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Every 6th weekend with 24-hour shifts during the week
• Post-call day off after shifts
