Seeking a full-time Physician to provide high-quality care practices for homebound patients and their families in Union County, NJ. The ideal candidate will be licensed as a physician in New Jersey with experience in primary care settings and geriatric care.

• Support the organization’s mission by striving for excellence and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships with co-workers.
• Provide direct medical services and consultation to primary care homebound patients within established productivity guidelines.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and responsiveness to treatment.
• Maintain complete patient records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services Ambulatory Care Regulations for Licensure and other licensing and accrediting bodies.
• Act as an agency representative with patients, families, and other health agencies.
• Collaborate in providing formal and informal education for staff.
• Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
