Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements and responsibilities of open positions.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, databases, networking events, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, fit, and interest in the role.
• Engage passive candidates and build relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging sourcing tools and technologies.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches and social recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
