Shifts Available:

• 36 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule
• 24 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $78,249 to $156,436
• Hiring Bonus:
  • Up to $18,000 for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience
  • Up to $12,000 for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Acute Care Unit at Kadlec Regional Medical Center is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. This role is open to all levels of RNs, including new graduates and residents.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire).

Experience Requirements:

• RN Resident: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
• Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• National Certification in the area of specialty (upon hire).
