The Director of Nursing will ensure the quality of home care provided by our staff meets and exceeds client expectations. The Director of Nursing should have extensive knowledge of state licensure laws, certification requirements, and insurance qualifications for reimbursement. The Director of Nursing will build client trust by providing a quality experience the first time, every time.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage all clinical operations and supervise all direct care clinical staff
• Interact with referring agencies and community organizations to maintain current relationships and increase referrals
• Perform client assessments and supervisory visits in accordance with policies and procedures
• Audit client charts and review clinical documentation
• Adhere to state licensure laws and certification requirements
• Administer the quality and performance improvement program
• Participate in the onboarding of new clinical staff and provide ongoing education

Competencies:

• Current Florida license as a registered nurse; BS in nursing or other health related field preferred
• 1 year Home Health Supervisory experience (skilled and unskilled care)
• Superior Customer Service Skills
• Effective communication
• Bilingual a plus

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
