Schedule: Days / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 40 Hour Guarantee / Every 4-6 weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed

• Candidate required to be Home Health Certified

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1.5 Years of Experience Required
• Valid Driver License
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Acute Care Experience - Preferred
• Certified Home Health experience including proficiency with OASIS Required
