Position Requirements
- 2 years of dental experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental scheduling software is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs as required.
- Friendly personality, Positive attitude, and ability to work effectively with a Team.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Answering phones, taking messages, & managing multiple phone lines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Strong organizational and anticipation skills.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation.
- History of being cross-trained or willing to cross-train preferred.
- Experience with Oral Surgery, Dental, and Medical insurance billing and coding is a plus!
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High-school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation / Benefits
- We offer competitive wages based on experience
- 1-week vacation after 6 months.
- After 1 year of employment:
- 2 weeks vacation 3 sick days.
- 401K at 3% unmatched, plus year-end profit sharing.
- No evenings or weekends.
