Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Counselor to join our team. The Clinical Counselor will provide outpatient behavioral therapy services. Working with children is preferred but not required. This role involves working with, adults, children and families, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
Duties:
- Conduct individual therapy, and family therapy as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient progress
- Offer telehealth counseling services when appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Engage in child and family counseling to address emotional and behavioral concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in conducting clinical therapy sessions
- Ability to handle medical documentation accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with data collection techniques for treatment evaluation
- Hold a Wisconsin clinical therapist license or willing to consider being duel licensed.
