Job Summary
Under the direction of our Marketing Director, a successful candidate will support the marketing efforts by providing administrative support with letters and proposals including proof reading, formatting, and final production. The focus will be on administrative elements for proposals and grant submissions like form completion and invoice submission.
Organization is key to helping manage the marketing efforts. Some support work will require time sensitive responsiveness to ensure deadlines are met.
This position will also procure insurance certificates, open jobs and input proposal elements in our project management system, and provide additional administrative support to the department and company as required.

Salary rage based on experience $25-$32 per hour
