What you’ll do :

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to direct own work schedule and work independently
  • Initiates and establishes trials that will support marketing efforts
  • Strengthen customer business plans, profitability and sustainability
  • Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice
  • Connect directly with growers to develop and grow sales in the assigned sales territory
  • Build brand awareness and deepen product confidence across territory
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets across territory
  • Sells company products and services and maintains sales programs within territory
  • Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales
  • Monitors competitive activity and trends
  • Knowledge of product features, benefits, and use
  • Understands grower operations and gives guidance and recommendations to keep grower profitable
  • Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans
  • Make safety a daily priority
  • Other duties as needed

What you’ll bring :

  • 2 years’ experience in agronomy sales
  • Valid Driver’s License is required
