Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for an outgoing individual who loves all things health and fitness and is interested in sharing that passion with others to help them achieve their goals. Our sole mission is to help customers with their overall health and wellbeing. We have part-time positions available for in-store and outside sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information about products and services to customers
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
• Utilize POS systems for transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales promotions
• Visit potential and existing gyms and other retail accounts to build and maintain relationships
• Accurately describe product features and benefits

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Sales experience is preferred
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Proficiency in using POS systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Fluency in English
• Basic understanding of retail math principles
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques
• Experience with product demonstrations is a plus
• Familiarity with technology sales is an advantage
• Be able to lift or move up to 15Ibs
• Some supplement knowledge is REQUIRED
• Outgoing personality who isn't afraid to ask questions to discover people's true reason for wanting to improve their health and wellness
• Empathy and desire to help those who struggle to achieve their ideal body
• Be comfortable interacting with people and developing sale relationships

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
