This is a floating position designed to cover the roles of receptionist and health screener for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program.

Reception staff are responsible for managing daily office tasks, including:

• Answering phone calls
• Data entry and scheduling participants
• Assist with participant registration and check-in
• Updating the participant check-in system
• Managing medical record systems

Health screeners are responsible for completing

• Pediatric anthropometric screenings and finger stick blood collection
• Documenting results accurately in the electronic medical records systems
• Preparing and maintaining medical rooms for daily clinic activities
• Medical coding and claims submissions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
