Nuvia Dental Implant Centers is Hiring a Facilities Coordinator Near Salt Lake, UT

Role

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of all Nuvia Centers.. The ideal candidate will ensure that our clinics operate smoothly by managing facility-related tasks such as maintenance, equipment management, compliance with health and safety standards, and coordination of facility improvement projects. 

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all dental equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and facilities infrastructure to ensure smooth operation. 
  • Ensure that the building is clean and well-maintained, including scheduling routine cleaning and maintenance. 
  • Provide training to staff on facility-related procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols. ● Create and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs and upgrades. 
  • Coordinate and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and expansions. 
  • Work with the GC and the Project Manager to manage any unfinished, punch-list items related to the facility until all items have been completed. 
  • Manage the safety and security of the facility, including fire safety, emergency response, and building access. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that the facility is meeting the needs of the organization. 
  • Set up and manage utility accounts and issues which arise correlated with utility service. 
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with center staff when issues arise to mitigate issues. ● Post-launch of centers, manage the execution of construction punch-list projects. 
  • Be familiar with lease to understand the responsibilities of both Nuvia and landlord in maintaining office. 
  • Maintain and develop relationships with building landlords and project managers to enable effective working relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other team members and work together as a team. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices for facility management. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 
  • Proficiency in computer skills and facility management software.
