Position Summary

The Job of the Shift lead is to assist managers in the operation of the store. You will assist with assigning breaks/lunches to employees, processing deliveries/transfers, and working with applications through Greenbits as well as Metrc. You are an integral part of creating a positive and efficient workspace for your Budtenders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Always remain attentive to customers
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
• Training of all new employees
• Assign breaks/lunches to employees
• Keeping notes in the manager logs to show day-to-day work/notes
• Receiving deliveries
• Managing and inspiring retail staff to deliver the highest level of customer service
• Accepting transfers through METRC
• Process incoming inventory into Greenbits
• Print Labels for product
• Inventory Management-Assisting in customer questions/concerns with delegation from Assistant managers or Store managers
• Writing End of Day reports being sent to other managers and senior management
• Monitoring the sales floor to ensure all employees are putting 100% effort into customers as well as side duties.
• Opening/Closing of store

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Colorado MED Badge
• Previous Experience as a Budtender

Working Conditions

Primarily in a retail environment. Must be able to stand, lift 20 lbs. see and read, work with numbers, and make sales with Point of Service application. Weekend and evening work is expected. May be a Full-time or Part-time position.
