• Contacting the client to collect on past due invoices
• Entering notes into ERP system
• Researching short pays
• Cross training with Cash Application for all tasks
• Working with Cash Application to resolve unapplied cash
• Partnering with Operations to resolve discrepancies
• Hosting weekly calls with designated Business Offices to facilitate open communication and path towards resolution
• Responsible for sending dunning letters and following proper escalation path with Director of Accounts Receivable
• Provide weekly updates to Accounts Receivable Director on Top 20 delinquent accounts
• Work closely with designated Project Managers to ensure the timely collections of past dues
• Process credit card payments
• Assist with audit requests as requested
• Provide assistance with bad debt reporting to Director of Accounts Receivable
• Adhoc items as needed

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
