• Evaluation of water losses, indoor air quality, and building materials in both commercial buildings and residential properties
• Prepare and provide oral and written reports for insurance companies and other property sector clients
• Conduct microbial sampling and analysis
• Provide expert testimony on behalf of our clients as needed

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, construction or one of the hard sciences (i.e. chemistry, physics, math etc.)
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of building materials, residential and commercial construction, building inspections, and water intrusion preferred
• Knowledge of indoor air quality assessments and asbestos preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and lateral thinking abilities required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required

Certifications/Licenses Preferred (or Attainable):

• Active FL State Mold Assessors license
• Active CIE, CIEC, CMC, CMCC
• Active GC or Inspectors license, a plus
