Facilities Maintenance Technician (Office Services) at Scentsy in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Facilities Maintenance Technician (Office Services) Meridian, ID ( - Facilities Description Scentsy is looking for aFacilities Maintenance Technician (Office Services)to coordinate maintenance, janitorial, equipment, and supply needs for Scentsy's grounds and facilities. In addition, the Specialist will help the facilities team maintain all Scentsy owned buildings, properties, and equipment through routine and special maintenance projects. What You Would Do: Conduct routine inspections to determine cleaning needs for all facilities, and coordinate with vendors to fulfill those janitorial needs Coordinate the ordering and distribution of office supplies to each department Coordinate the vending, trash, recycling, and pest control services for all facilities Coordinate the replenishment of janitorial and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplies with vendors Complete room and event set-up/tear-down requests for meetings and events Maintain maintenance records, systematically track work orders, and perform clerical functions as assigned Troubleshoot issues and perform repair and maintenance to buildings and properties (e.g. electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, etc.) Perform routine and special maintenance for all Scentsy office, warehouse, grounds, and sites as assigned by the facilities manager Assist in all site maintenance including snow removal, grounds maintenance, and repair Coordinate and assist maintenance, layout, and equipment moves Assist in all office or workspace moves Occasionally drive to local vendors and retailers to pick up parts or equipment Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed You Should Have: Previous experience in facilities maintenance preferred High School Diploma Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Things You Should Know & Be Able to Do: Excellent customer service skills Ability to perform general building maintenance including general plumbing repair, electrical repair, office furniture assembly and repair, and general equipment repair Provide assistance to other facility members with their assigned tasks Experience and knowledge of operating equipment including a fork lift truck, delivery truck, snow removal equipment, scissor lift, safely around people and equipment Must have working knowledge of computers and all applicable software Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate and efficiently perform multiple tasks Accurately enter data into a computer, and utilize printers/copiers Experience with powered lift truck, pallet jack, scissor lift, recycling equipment Familiarity with using power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment Ability to frequently bend, squat, stand walk, push, and pull up to 100 lbs., reach above shoulder level, have both arms and legs accessible, and perform manual dexterity Ability to occasionally sit, climb, crawl, and kneel Ability to lift 70 pounds repeatedly on a daily basis Ability to ascend and descend stairs, step stools, ladders, scaffolding, platform ladders, or mechanically elevated devices and be comfortable around heights and working on a roof To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
