TAH, has been in the Cleveland community since 1968, and is a staple in the Cleveland area. We are a busy 4 doctor practice that does soft tissue surgery, as well as dental, general practice, wellness, as well as radiology, ultrasound and nutrition.
We are looking for a full time employee, with hours split between Veterinary Reception and Technician Assistant.
Veterinary Recepion Skills :

2-3 years of experience in a small animal general practice setting

1 - 2 years of experience in an customer service

Windows Product knowledge (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Excellent communication and written skills as well as customer relation skills

Strong attention to detail and documentation

Able to multitask and maintain a calm environment

Knowledge of Impromed is a BONUS!

Dedication to quality care for patients and stressful client situations.

Be self starter and self motivated

Be able to think on your feet and work well unsupervised.
Veterinary Technician Assistant Skills

- Obtain vitals and patient history

- Good communication and skills and client education

- Ability to multi task , and enter in SOAP notes

- Calculate proper doses and rate while under doctors supervision

- Fecal collection, urinalysis, and microscope evaluation

- Ability to multi task
